MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Caitlin.
FOUNDER & FRACTIONAL COO
I've always had two sides to me: the creative who loves being on stage and the problem-solver who loves figuring out how everything works behind the scenes.
My background is in the performing arts, from competitive gymnastics and ballet to earning my theatre degree at NYU. But after moving to Los Angeles and finding my way into the fitness industry, I discovered an unexpected passion for business operations.
I stepped into the role of Director of Operations for a new fitness business, where I helped build everything from hiring processes and team training to the systems and workflows that kept things running. In just two years, we grew from one location to six.
When the pandemic hit, I transitioned into the online business world, spending the next three years as a Director of Operations and learning the ins and outs of running a digital business.
In 2022, I founded Étayer & Co. because I wanted to bring that same level of operational support to more business owners, especially those doing creative, meaningful work.
As an actor and creative myself, I love working with people who are passionate about what they do. I also know that being great at your craft and running a business are two very different things.
That's where I come in.
I work alongside creative agency owners to build stronger foundations, streamline their operations, and create systems that support their growth. Whether we're building your operations from scratch or working together as long-term partners, I want you to have the time and space to focus on what you do best.

WHEN I’M NOT BUILDING SYSTEMS
You'll probably find me in acting class, working on a theatre production, taking Pilates, lifting at the gym, or curled up with a good book. I'm a creative at heart and a bit of a homebody, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
