Meet Our Founder, Caitlin

I grew up in Arlington, VA. I was a competitive gymnast and then a serious ballet dancer, before following my other passion and attending New York University for theatre arts.

After moving to Los Angeles, CA in 2010, I followed the route of many other aspiring actors working in hospitality as well as in the fitness world. It was in the fitness world that I discovered my affinity and passion for operations and strategy.

After working as the Director of Operations for several businesses throughout LA, I realized that I have a love for helping uplevel online businesses who are impact-focused by providing them with overall strategy and foundational support. And so, Étayer & Co. was born. Our name means exactly what we do - we shore up your business so that you have time and space to focus on your vision.
